DRBC saves every dog they are asked to save. The officers and volunteers dedicate all of their time to saving lives. They are the most knowledgeable about the breed. They are the best rescue I've ever worked with.

I first saw this rescue in a local holiday parade. A few months later, I contacted them to become a foster parent. Now, I do volunteer work for them! They are a wonderful organization and I support them however I can. I truly believe in their cause. I now am the proud mom of two wonderful Doxies - Sam and Minnie. When no one else wanted them, I took them in. They have made my life complete. If not for this organization, so many dogs would be put down, mistreated and never know love. Moreover, these dogs give unconditional love (more than I can say for my own daughter). The President of this organization works tirelessly 24 hours a day for these dogs. She is truly a hero!
