Review for Karam Foundation NFP, Lake Forest, IL, USA
The first thing that appealed to me about Karam was its name. Generosity.
And also the one good deed at a time. Helping women. Aiding children. Assisting all.
We cannot do it all on our own. But one good deed begets another. And another. And another. So, in the end, there is a ripple effect. The Karam Foundation reminds us of this fact while also being one of those who drop the first pebble (deed) into the pond (world). Knowing that it will positively effect so many human beings. The donors and the recipients.
I like knowing that Karam is there ONLY to serve others. It makes me feel good knowing an organization like this strives to meet the needs of their fellow human beings. Especially those that require it most.
My late grandmother used to say, "Many hands make light work." Meaning that it is easier if we ALL work together. Karam conveys this same message with EVERY campaign.
I will continue to support their efforts in any way possible while thanking them for their hard work, effort and generosity toward mankind.
