Review for Mata Amritanandamayi Math, Kerala, , India
The Mata Amritanandamayi Math organization does amazing humanitarian work. After the Tsumani a few years ago, my husband and I wanted to donate but were unsure of who to give to. When we realized that the Tsunami had affected areas near the Mata Amritanandamayi Ashram in Kerala, we knew we wanted to donate to them, because of the amazing outreach they do in South India. We already knew about the FREE hospital, schools and orphanages, so knew they would be very proactive about using the money to help the most victims as possible.

Role: Volunteer & I spent a day washing dishes in the Kerala, Ashram, I spent two days helping with the childrens' program, I have spent many hours helping on Amma's US tour, I recently helped raising funds at a garage sale..
