Review for The Humane Society of the United States, Washington, DC, USA
I have met Wayne Pacelle of HSUS and attended several workshops and presentations by paid staff. I have discovered that their goal is the elimination of all domestic species. They present a case for ending the eating of meat that is not scientifically valid and they use their funds to push laws that do harm to animals in the long run. HIs goal is to control the food supply and to limit all Americans to a vegan diet by controlling access to the food supply. He gets around people by lying to them and pretending he cares about animals when in fact he has and has said so, no real attachment to animals. He pretends to make the lower amount of CEO's in his level of position, but what he does not say is that all of his living expenses are paid for by HSUS. He is a true con man and his goals for this country are not in the best interest of our farmers, our animals or our citizens who love their animals. In fact I would go so far as to say he is a danger to all species of animals including the human species because he is out for the power to destroy not build or save. He is interested only in what you can offer him in the way of control. He is a dangerous man and he has built a cult like staff around him all looking like ken and barbie dolls with these blank unseeing minds following his every word like zombies. They do not understand the nutritional needs of the human body, let alone what an infant needs nor do they understand how to care of any animal. They even put out a vegan dog food and a vegan cat food which is a slow death for these animals.

I work at the HSUS Howard, and your comment is riddled with misinformation. Many of us, including our CEO, are pet owners, and share a bond with our animals, as well as others. We work to end animal cruelty, and that ranges from shutting down puppy mills to ending egregious forms of wildlife abuse. We are there for all animals, and that includes farm animals. That is why we work together with farmers and ranchers who treat their animals with compassion to stop cruelty to farm animals as well. I would like to assume most people will take your review with a grain of salt, since you're accusing people of being zombies, but I wanted to address the issues you raised for those that are curious.
