My teenage twin daughters have been involved with Encore since their elementary school days. Their Encore experience has taught them invaluable lifelong skills, such as teamwork, resilience, poise and resourcefulness. I joined the board of directors because I saw first-hand what this powerful community theatre organization can do for kids in building their confidence, meeting new friends, and introducing them to the performing arts.
