I cannot begin to tell you what a great time, my husband, daughter and myself had. We visited on Nov.21, 2012, arrived a little over an hour early and they were able to change us to an earlier tour. The place was awesome, it is so wonderful to hear about the animals, how they came to them and what their personalities are. Our tour guide I believe was Stephanie and she was awesome, said she had only been there 1 year and you could tell she loves it. My family wishes we lived closer so we could volunteer, it was an amazing day and we were able to capture some great photos. We will be back soon, hopefully for the Christmas Tree toss.
