MInha vida mudou depois de conhecer os Seminários Insight. Fiz até o III e não vejo a hora de fazer o IV. Insight me ensinou a perdoar, amar, valorizar não aos outros, mas a mim e ao próximo. É muito mais que um seminário ou uma ferramenta: É um estilo de vida!
