Review for NCCJ , Greensboro, NC, USA
As a high school principal, I can qualitatively say NCCJ wa instrumental in changing the climate of the school. We had experienced a serious racial incident that tore the school apart. Following the incident NCCJ provided several unity days and a "Unitown" wherein we took a total of 180 students to an off-campus site to build leadership skills to fight racism, bigotry, and prejusdice.
