R-VETS has worked with NERN for two years now. One of the many things that National Equine Resource Network’s program aims to do is provide low cost gelding clinics to the public. Un-castrated horses are much more likely to become unwanted at some point in their life. To this end Shirley Puga works tirelessly organizing venues and finding clients in need. In comparison to other equine non-profits with whom we have worked her organizational ability and efficiency make this our favorite program.
