I've watched AmpleHarvest.org from its inception, growing to over 7000 food pantries registered to receive fresh produce. It's such an efficient way to both eliminate the waste of food and to help feed those who need it.

At the most basic level, it's a practical solution to multiple issues - hunger, food insecurity, overall health, and elimination of waste. It's amazing that such a 'simple' idea can cover so much ground!
