everyone is just an artist volunteering as staff--they're passionate, and they've integrated Root Division with the community.

Ways to make it better...
there was a formal way for people to volunteer if you're not an artist--I just go through Rachael right now, and she tells me what's going on.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
funding space, finding ways for artists to make money and, as the organization expands, figuring out who deserves what space.
