For three years I have served as an instructor for Amma's Integrated Meditation. Many of the people I've trained have told me how Amma's meditation has helped them attain inner calm and cope with the problems of daily life more effectively. One woman has just successfully weathered helping her husband through stage 4 cancer, organizing medical needs around two pre-school children. He is recovering. She has found the inner peace from meditation indispensible. Another woman called me last week. She was in an auto accident when a truck hit her broadside. She attributes her lack of injury to her meditative calm that helped her respond safely during the impact.
