Because of their incredible capacity for compassion for these no longer wanted birds the Oasis had already outgrown their Phoenix sanctuary and the mission moved south to a rural town to house their now staggering number of birds. They are lovingly cared for by staff and volunteers. They deserve any and every accolade they receive in the form of monetary awards.
