Review for Federation Employment Guidance Service-Closed for Operations, New York, NY, USA
I have been a part of the FEGS Family for more than 46 years. It was my privillege to be the CEO of FEGS for 31 years from 1976 to 2007. During those decades I witnessed thousands of incidents of people in desperate need receiving assistance so they could achieve a better life. What was remarkable was the joy shared by those receiving assistance as well as those providing the assistance. I was blessed to have had the opportunity to work alongside talented, caring and compassionate staf, board, volunteers and students working together with a shared vision that every human being is precious and deserves an opportunity for a better life so they could have a chance to contribute to the community in the future. This is the FEGS dream and it comes true each and every day. Al Miller
