The YP Foundation (YP) is a driven and energetic organisation to work with. It's front-runners, Ishita, in particular, have great vision and commitment to their work and organisational objectives. The fact that they are focused on developin processes and systems tells me that they also understand the need in distributing that passion and commitment so that the organisation does not remain as person-dependent as it currently is. Their programmes, particularly those involving cultural development are brilliantly thought through, and manage to include a lot of the best young talent available in the city.
