My maid son who is in his Class 11 in Shenoy nagar ICCW school was clear about what he wanted to do in future and clear how to proceed. Being a HR professional I thought to administer him a Psychometric Test and make him aware about his future than spoon feeding him or directing him. But my job was done by Bhumi Chennai Volunteers which was excellent .
