When I was hired as the Sanctuary Manager, I was very pleased to see the exceptional care given to each individual monkey. Many of the monkeys have special needs that must be met inorder to live comfortably. Some are diabetic, some are toothless and some just need a little extra attention. Jungle Friends is happy to provide whatever is necessary to keep the monkeys happy. I have never seen another place that takes into consideration each individual monkey's story and treats them as such - as individuals. It's a wonderful place, and a great volunteer opportunity!
