For all my friends back in New Orleans - Guten Tag! I miss you all and I am very pleased to write this review to thank you for helping me with my thesis about disaster recovery. You are doing a wonderful job and I am proud to have studied with you. Thank you for letting me observe your work and for taking the time to help me understand what a disaster Katrina was and continues to be. You are to be commended for your ongoing efforts to help those who are still struggling to recover.
