Review for Keren Simchas Chosson V'Kallah, Brooklyn, NY, USA
I have worked with Devorah as a volunteer in KSCVK. I have known her since she was a teenager, when she was my student, & she has always given 100% to everything she does. Her devotion to helping young people build Jewish homes is unsurpassed. Not only does she raise funds for them to have a lovely wedding, she offers them ongoing support before, during, and after the wedding. In many circumstances, the young couple has no parental support, including financial or emotional. If not for Devorah Benjamin, these young people would have added stress as they begin their lives together. Devorah Benjamin has done more to ensure Jewish continuity & that young people are building strong Jewish homes together than anyone I know. If not for her & her efforts, more young people would be suffering from broken engagements & broken lives. Please help her continue her great work by giving her this prestigious award.

despite her relative youth, Devorah Benjamin is a powerhouse. And hers is the only local organization that transcends all barriers and helps everyone in need.
