The New Jersey State organization of Cystic Fibrosis helps families deal with special needs of children and adults with cystic fibrosis who reside in New Jersey. Families from every County in New Jersey benefit from the programs of this fine organization. I have personally witnessed the direct "Hands -on - assistance provided to those who cannot take breathing for granted. Home care equipment, prescription medications, nutritional supplements, referrals, community outreach and more for the sole purpose of helping residents cope with this emotional and expensive disease. Since 1977 I have been involved with this Organization and literally watched Millions of Dollars used for program services. DONATIONS ARE DESPERATELY NEEDED. PLEASE NOTE THAT 92% of the organization 's funds are used toward program services, with very little going toward fund raising or administrative costs.
