I am the founder of Jungle Friends Primate Sanctuary; so of course, I love the monkeys and the sanctuary and am able to see firsthand the difference we make in the lives of the monkeys who now call Jungle Friends home. So, many monkeys with such sad stories whose lives have turned around are an amazing thing to watch. But I must tell you, the human primates who find their way to Jungle Friends are just as amazing! You will never meet a more caring group of staff, interns and volunteers as you will meet at the sanctuary. The humans at Jungle Friends really know what the term ‘in-service’ means; they are the embodiment of service! If you ever feel like giving up on the human race (we have all had our moments) take a trip to Jungle Friends and meet some of the most remarkable human primates!
