Temenos Catholic Worker is a non-profit that works with street people providing pastoral care, harm reduction-needle exchange, condomns, counseling, food, socks. We provide hot meals to 550 people a week, and provide sandwiches to a thousand. We work on Polk Street and Haight Street in San Francisco, CA. beginning at 6:00 p.m. at night. We serve three hot meals a week--Tuesday and Thursday and are available 24 hours a day for crisis intervention.
