I have become a volunteer for ACT ever since a stray cat gave birth to a litter at my place. ACT was the only organization that would help me and they didn't give me a hard tine, just lots of help and assistance. They managed to get the kittens adopted as well. And they certainly had them all neutered and got their shots etc because I saw the papers before they were given to their adopters!! The people of ACT are a great bunch of caring people who give their time and money to help all cats.I remember contacting bobby and the strays for instance for help and they begged of because they had no money, were a small group and blah blah blah. They are the ones that told me about ACT. The folks at ACT were shocked by what Bobby did as they informed me bobby is the largest group in NYC with millions of dollars and 2 giant shelters. I guess that is the difference between money oriented people and genuine people who just want to help. So ever since, I have been helping them as best I can. And I doubt aadkins post as I have researched and can't find anything about her from a year and a half ago.
