I visited Living Waters Publications after they were well established as a not-for-profit. It has been my life-long experience having served with and for nonprofit organisations that after an establishment period the administration of some organisation take certain liberties with payroll verses time spent in setting up the organisation. Having visited Living Waters and observing office decor and warehouse setup and even looking through the parking lot at vehicles that it appears that Living Waters is efficient and frugal manner modeling what a nonprofit should look like from the outside.
