Review for Network For New Music, Philadelphia, PA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

NNM is an extraordinary organization, and I have been a devoted follower for many, mnay years! Under the dynmamic leadership of it's founders, NNM has been premiering cutting edge work of Pultizer Prize winning composers, and young artists. Linda Reichert's extraordinary vision has been an inspiration to new music lovers and producers, and has additionally, influenced sister arts as well, as I can personally attest. Linda brought me, a visual artist, together with international composer Andrea Clearfield for NNM's program "MIX"; our resulting collaborative work "Lungta-The Windhorse", for which we traveled to the high Himalayas, has generated both long-standing audience enthusiasm and a long list of future creative works for both of us. What a fabulous organization--NNM is a regional and national treasure!

Review for Kathmandu Contemporary Arts Centre, London, , United Kingdom

Rating: 5 stars

Dear Friend,
As a Fulbright Fellow I recently had the profound pleasure and privilege of working in KCAC’s world class artist residency in the glorious Patan Museum; situated on one of the most beautiful squares in the world, it was truly an unforgettable creative experience. KCAC has my deepest admiration and ongoing support, both for its devotion to contemporary visual arts in Nepal and, critically, for the breadth and depth of its accomplishments. Demonstrating unflagging ambition and élan, KCAC is truly a phenomenon; in a very short period of time and working within extremely challenging conditions it has firmly established itself as the go-to platform for visual arts in Nepal!
