Review for Ovarian Cancer Coalition Of Greater California, Sherman Oaks, CA, USA
i have been involved since 1999, the first year of this extraordinary non profit. So many have done an incredibly fine job in different areas. The main event is the September Run/Walk/Health Fair and there is a Lunch and Learn in the spring. Awareness is raised and money given for research. Costs are kept very low. There have been articles in the Studio City Patch as well as other places. President Gayle McKenna, an award winning ovarian cancer survivor, gets paid nothing. She works long and hard all year long.
