The child I help support lives in a house w/o a roof 24/7. this is a basic need, especially in the rainy season. Why is nothing done to help with such a great need? I understand there is a lot of bureaucracy and problems in 3rd world countries, but that is ridiculous. Many of the letters appear to be not fully translated as maybe transcriber is tired? Why are they only a 2 star when they have the capability to be 4 star? Finances and Transparency and accountability.
