People For Care and Learning is an excellent non-profit that is focused on giving people a better quality of life and chance to succeed. They believe in a long term, hand up rather than hand out strategy, that continues to be beneficial to the poor in Cambodia. PCL has a very impressive staff that are both dedicated and competent, and they work for long term sustainable solutions. As someone that has worked for and volunteered with multiple non profits, I have been very impressed with People For Care And Learning, and would strongly reccomend them to donors and volunteers that are interested in making a significant and long term impact in the lives of the poor.
