i had AML bck in aug 09. first i had MDS and had 2 transplants. . nevr know cancer going to hit you and cancer does not care when. when i found out on AML, week before my oldest 9th birthday. i hate to tell her before but i had to. day of her party i went to the hospital for chemo. it was hard to leave my girls. if you can please go do a be amatch. swabbing in the mouth. and if you are a donor, they will put you asleep and not feel a thing. they will not cut you open and you be sore but worth saving a life. never know who life you are saving. iam a mom and a wife!! because of my donor iam live today!!
