I traveled to Cambodia during the early days of People for Care and Learning and have been amazed at what they have been able to accomplish in such a short few years. PCL is working with the people and helping to provide clean water, education, and hope for a better life. I've watched a lot of non-profits work, but I have never seen an organization that gets so much done with the resources they are given. They are trustworthy. Also they work in conjunction with the local authorities and government. This is not an ordinary non-profit! PCL is getting the job done! I wholeheartedly recommend this organization!
