My Nonprofit Reviews

Review for Raje-USA Inc, Brooklyn, NY, USA
I initially was introduced to RAJE when I was researching for ways to go back to Israel while also stopping in Europe. What I had found was simply amazing. RAJE is the definition of what the Jewish soul stands for. The staff are there for every participant in all walks of life. I have witnessed so many students and young professionals being guided from the wrong direction and turn their lives around with the learning and guidance they received at RAJE. I myself have became a staff member and had led a trip to Israel with RAJE this past summer. What I have and am continuing to learn with RAJE are leadership skills. I am also learning to become a stronger person on the inside and am building high morals and values for myself and my family.
More Feedback
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
seeing friends and strangers recognize me in public and asking for information on how they can become more involved.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
put in place a logistics person and/or team.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
seeing all the smiles and joy that come from the participants.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
all friendly and there to help anyone in need.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
build a brand new facility which it badly needs. It could also increase efficiency and be on the same level if not better than Taglit.
Ways to make it better...
my job wouldn't put pressure on me for the time off I take to participate with RAJE.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
too many applicants and deteriorating facilities.
One thing I'd also say is that...
no matter who comes in the door of RAJE, they are ready to welcome them even if there is no room. The amount of love in this place is phenomenal.
