My Nonprofit Reviews

Review for Center for Science in the Public Interest, Washington, DC, USA
I love the Nutrition Action Healthletter put out by CSPI. It's a top publication especially for laypersons who are not professionally trained in nutrition, but who understand how important it is in our daily lives. When I read the articles that debunk the health myths put out by food marketers about their food, I feel that there is some watchdog organization looking out for all of us: CSPI. Thanks to a Nutrition Action Healthletter article relating to eating behaviors, in addition, I was introduced to the research done by Brian Wansink, a leader in the field of nutrition, who also started a weight-loss program, Mindless Eating Method, which contributed to my loss of 20 pounds over the past year.
