My Nonprofit Reviews

Review for Servants Inc, Red Lion, PA, USA
I have joined Servants on almost a dozen mission trips including places such as Guatemala, India, and right here within the U.S. in Mississippi. The teamleaders are well prepared and I really appreciate the spiritual opportunities we receive with team meetings, devotions on the trips, and re-entry discussions. I have also helped with local missions in the Servants community in York County, PA and I really appreciate them helping find the right person for me to help serve when I have volunteer time available. Sometimes I help those in need and other times I am able to help in their office with adminstrative duties. I highly recommend Servants to anyone who would like to make the most of their Mission experience!

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
the spiritual foundation
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
always helpful, polite, sincere, rooted in their faith, and grounded in their purpose.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
make a difference in so many lives ... both locally and around the world ... by providing basic needs we often take for granted and planting seeds for eternity with our Savior.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
the growth it has experienced but not the finacial backing for all the opportunities yet. And also I see a challenge of getting team leaders they know will continue to stay focused on the team, those they serve, and God all at the same time.
One thing I'd also say is that...
despite the success up to this point, the growing demands of those in need make it difficult for the organization to run on strictly a volunteer basis. Although I have faith God will continue to provide for Servants, I also am deep in prayer about this.
