They do a great job in getting people involved with Judaism and getting to know the roots history and heritage.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
getting much closer to Judaism and "becoming" a Jew. Learning the traditions and the language of my people.
Ways to make it better...
I don't even know how much more one needs if he or she is truly interested and wants to learn
