i have experienced not only how BHUMI has changed the lives of the under-previlaged children with knowledgable education but also towards upliftment in the field of primary education.This experience i have had both as a volunteer and now as a member. An offshoot in this focus of upliftment is also to uphold the eco-conservation balance.

seeing the wings of activites that have been spearheading rapidly against what i saw when i enrolled and aslo inthe number of members and output resutls presented during each of the AGMs
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
well, at presetn nothing but when they grow in size and number decentralization along wioth line and staff mangement culture shall be introduced
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
the base is strong. every unit incharge is so sure headed of his/her future growth and short term goals that they hardly get disoriented.One other thing is even though, they miss, they dont falter, they muster and charge again even harder !
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
really young and mature. dedicated and committed. fun loving yet serious minded casual yet its great bacause at this young age, they have this fire to do service, imagine their fire at 40-50!
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
use 1 million bucks for itself, used the otehr 9 million bucks to make another 9 Bhumi in various parts of Asia and start marking places in the world map.
Ways to make it better...
my job had not been switched to a site job thereby leaving little room for my phyical contribution and also my not so fluent tamil which i sometimes falter when i need to explain to the basics
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
location and resources. resources i mean by the apt tools required. Location i mean the places where there find a need. this can lead to a bit of disorganization and confusion in later stages if not rooted in the beginning
One thing I'd also say is that...
dont be afraid ot make mistakes and dont expect everything you do to turn out perfectly. everything has a first time and that is nature. dont try to defy that, rahter learn to accept that
