This organization is amongst the worst I have ever dealt with in my career. I say this after having worked with the senior staff, all of whom display incompetence of environmental issues, disrespect towards the vision of the organization they serve as well as their clients.The treatment of junior staff is shameful, and the general office environment appears toxic. I personally witnessed junior staff bearing much of the intellectual and managerial burden, while senior staff regularly seemed pay little attention. The financial situation deserves an audit by the IRS, and the actions of leadership need to be checked by the board. I would never recommend this organization to a client, donor, or job seeker.
