My Nonprofit Reviews

Review for Casa Myrna, Boston, MA, USA
I became aware of Casa Myrna years ago when I was engaging in community organizing and advocacy work. I often heard wonderful things about the work Casa Myrna does with survivors of domestic violence, and so, as I was preparing to graduate from college and looking for full time work, Casa Myrna was an organization I was interested in becoming a part of. Although I took a different path, and as I continued to work around women's issues, Casa Myrna stayed on my radar. Currently, as an advocate at a non-profit, I see firsthand the value of the services Casa Myrna provides. I often refer my clients to Casa Myrna for their DV services and the SafeLink hotline. I am confident that my clients are in good hands when they are working with Casa Myrna advocates. Given Casa Myrna's exceptional reputation, and the phenomenal experiences I've had working with the organization, I was incredibly enthusiastic to join the Board, and am thrilled to work alongside the organization presently.
