Founded in 1964 and incorporated in 2002, it is the goal of the La Verne Band Boosters Association, a California non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, to promote, support and assist the Instrumental Music Program of Bonita High School and any musical educational institution within the City of La Verne when so asked. Under the direction and guidance of the Band Director, the Boosters are directly involved in support tasks such as fund raising, prop building, grooming, transportation, organizing, feeding, and otherwise tending to the well being of the students and director. While our quest is to support the program, we also ensure that all participants have equal access to the program and the educational opportunities that it offers.

Most of our “boosting” is with financial and parental support, and the Boosters work hard to provide in excess of $70,000 for our total financial needs. Our funds are raised mostly by fundraising, but much more is needed.
