Review for Fabretto Children's Foundation, Evanston, IL, USA

Over the past six years, I have been very pleased as a donor/volunteer with how each dollar is used by the Fabretto volunteers and the organization on the whole. I have seen the value of these monies in the programs offered to the children and their families. I will continue to donate my time and resources to this worthwhile cause.

Nicaragua.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Make it more well known throughout the United States. Charities that work well and value their resources are critical. Hopefuly they can get more support.

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?

What specific problem, purpose, priority, or project prompted your gift?

I lead high school students on a service trip. The need is obvious.

Why did you make your donation at this time?

Confidence in the organization and their efforts.

What would you tell others about this organization?

It does good and it does it well. There is a family feel among the participants, the benefactors, the volunteers, the beneficiaries and the villages in which the organization's efforts are felt most.

Role:  Donor & Helped lead five service trips to work with Fabretto beneficiaries in Nicaragua. We did everything from visiting classrooms with arts & crafts, to building roads and schools or kitchens and gardens.
