Review for Village Harvest, San Jose, CA, USA
Have a fruit tree in your yard and don't know what to do with the fruit? Village Harvest volunteers come to your home (or office), pick the fruit and bring it to a food bank or community pantry for distribution. Being outdoors picking fruit with other volunteers is a very social, engaging team activity and it is so amazing to see that in the course of a morning, you can pick 1,000 pounds or more of fruit!
