Review for SUSAN G KOMEN BREAST CANCER FOUNDATION, INC., Dallas, TX, USA
I gave so much time, energy, and raised thousands of dollars for this organization - for ALL women, not just some. This debacle was obviously political, the apologies obviously fake, and I feel my trust is broken. I had no problem walking in the 3-Day alongside people who believed differently than I do about other issues, but I have a major problem when it comes to giving care to only certain privileged groups of people. I don't care if SGK says it's not about politics - they MADE it about politics. I will no longer support them. Hard lessons suck, don't they?
