We are so fortunate in Summit County to have such a great place for our lost, rescued, injured animals and others who need to find a new, loving home and/or need vet care. LAPS has helped many animals to be healed and saved and given a new chance on life. This is as a place that has a mission of helping, healing and saving our less fortunate pets. Volunteers go through a training program and are active with exercising pets and caring for them while they are in residence waiting to find new homes so that they have less stress and are more likely to be adopted in a shorter time. Any support given to them is well deserved and used wisely and responsibly.
