Review for League For Animals And People Of The Summit, Frisco, CO, USA
The family pet is sick or injured. The vet bills are shocking. It's a struggle. We hate to see our beloved friend suffer. We're worried and willing to make huge sacrifices for the life/quality of life of this special companion. Where to turn? LAPS - League for Animals & People of the Summit provides low-income financial assistance for pet owners with high, and often unexpected, veterinary bills. Sigh of relief! It gives me great satisfaction to help people/pets with these struggles, along with providing financial assistance for spay and neuter surgeries. I volunteer as secretary of the board for LAPS and am deeply rewarded by success stories of the many people and animals we help.
