Review for Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation, Arlington, VA, USA
I love Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation, which is why I have been volunteering for them for almost three years now. The group makes a tremendous impact on the DC/MD/VA metro area by connecting local residents to animals that they otherwise may have never had the opportunity to meet. I have worked with other rescues in the area and I can say that LDCRF is the easiest group to work with and they have some of the friendliest people too. Everyone there genuinely cares about the animals and making it a welcoming environment for adopters and volunteers. There is also a good mix of regular volunteers with a wealth of pet ownership knowledge. It is a great place to adopt a dog or a cat, and make a few new friends in the process.
More Feedback
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
seeing dogs getting adopted and following up with the happy adopters. Specifically, I've seen LDCRF find excellent homes for some "difficult to place" dogs that otherwise may not have been given a chance.
