I worked with this wonderful rescue to get a pup back with their loving family. The pup had been adopted years ago. They were ready to drop everything to get this pup back until I found out that the owner was desperately trying to get their pup back. The owner never had the pups microchip registered in their name. Thanks to PPI, the pup got back to her family without having to wait for the stray hold to be up.

I've been volunteering with the German Shepherd Rescue of Orange County for less than a year. In this short time, I've seen SO many dogs go to wonderful homes. Some, even after careful screening, weren't the magic fit we hoped they would be. This rescue follows up and makes sure EVERYONE is happy with the matches they facilitate. If a match isn't right, they keep trying until they find the right one. And the hard to home dogs aren't given up on. We keep working with them until we break through all of the neglect and abuse from their past.
