Review for Last Chance Ranch Sanctuary, Kingman, AZ, USA
I first met Annie when we (at NorCal GSP Rescue) had a disabled puppy with no where else to go. Hendrix is his name, and he suffered a genetic spinal defect - unable to use his hind legs or control his bowels and bladder. In my first telephone conversation with Annie, she said "I'll take him." Being a skeptic, I thought she didn't understand the amount of care involved, or would change her mind. As our conversations evolved, I realized she was serious and she would give him a great home. A month later I took a two day trip to bring Hendrix to her and check her out myself. It was perfect, and Hendrix was home! Since then, Annie established the Sanctuary so that she could continue to help the handicapped and abused animals that truly had no where else to go.
