Review for Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy, Tallahassee, FL, USA
I was the board chair for AFDC, the former organization. During my tenure with the organization, I saw the impact that the program made in the lives of the deaf children and their families. These unique services fill a void that no other organization fills in this underserved population.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
The need that this agency provides to families who have nowhere else to turn. And it doesn't stop there. The staff would do anything to help the families with issues that go beyond their primary mission.
