Borrowed Freedom delivers a quality experience for individuals with special needs. The volunteer staff and assistants and highly qualified, the horses are meticulously cared for, and the farm environment is quiet and peaceful. The organization has a detailed budget, accurate record keeping and a number of programs that are needed to serve Southern Tier residents.
