I am an educator. I first heard of Childfund when I got involved with the programs of the Cordillera Parents Federation, Inc. I have seen how Childfund works not only in helping the child but more on building a better world by helping children and their family as well as their schools develop to give them the learning they need to live in this world. Through Childfund, the recipients develop life skills they could use as individuals that would aim to build a better family, school, community and may even spread to a better country and even world. The approach of Childfund goes beyond superficiality, which I truly admire.
