Review for West Coast Center For Victorious Youth, Pittsburg, CA, USA
West Coast Center for Victorious Youth is a non profit organization that is committed to youth ages 11-19 who have been raised by drug addicted parents. We teach life skills, financial literacy and take youth on eduational experiences. We have been in operation since 2006 and looking to obtain a physical location for a teen center of our own.
